Armando joined Horton International Mexico in 2016 as a Principal Consultant. He is a Psychologist with a Master in Human Resources and a minor in Finance. Armando has 10 years of experience as a Sales Director and three years as a Country Manager working in family-owned businesses, global companies and startups. He collaborated for four years with a local executive search firm where he was in charge of business development and project execution. Armando led nearly 150 executive search projects. These included Area Directors in marketing, sales, production, finance, quality and Country Manager positions. His clients included companies such as HSBC, PEPSICO, Newell Rubbermaid, Sensient, National Starch, Gatorade, Bacardi, Dow Chemical, Scotiabank, BD, GEO and GICSA.
