Maneesh has over 25 years experience working across North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. He has worked with companies in a variety of industry sectors and has spent the past over 15 years in the Middle East helping regional companies enhance shareholder value. Maneesh’s clients include large private conglomerates, public listed companies as well as multi-billion dollar multinationals with a presence in the Middle East. Clients value his ability to think like a business owner and his strong network within the regional markets.

Gary is Managing Partner of Horton International in Thailand and Vietnam, based in Bangkok, and has been active in executive search since 1995. His search experience has encompassed numerous senior-level assignments across the broad spectrum of functional disciplines in most sectors, although he initially started in Banking and Financial Services. Before joining the executive search industry, he worked in corporate finance in London and Sydney.

Mafer Garibay is the Managing Partner for Horton International in Mexico, and Regional Director Americas. She has over 20 years of experience across Mexico and Central America, and specializes in executive search within the technology, life sciences, retail, consumer, and fintech sectors. Additionally, she leads the firm’s Management Consulting practice.
Mafer is also a mentor for executives, startups, and non-profit organizations.

Ani is Managing Partner of Horton International in Finland and acts as a Board Observer. Ani joined Horton International in 2007 as a Managing Partner and has some 20 years of executive search and recruitment experience.
She has focused her search career in Consumer Goods and Retail, Media, Services, ICT and High Tech. She is specialized in recruitments with businesses in the midst of digitalization challenges and becoming truly customer centric.
Ani believes in diversity when building successful management teams. Besides long experience in executive search she has also experience in assessment and management consulting, sales and key account management as well as acting as a Customer Director in Management team.

Jackie joined Horton International in 2007 and is responsible for financial and administrative matters for the Group.
She came to the company with a wealth of experience from various global businesses and made her home at Horton where she has been for many years.
As well as providing financial and administration services she offers additional support, on many levels, to both the Board and the Administrative Team.

In 2019 Gemma joined Horton International as Project Manager for Board Affairs & Business Operations where she oversees global programmes, special projects and business development.
With experience living and working in a range of geographies, including the US, UK, East Africa and the Caribbean (also having a German/South African husband and dual British/American nationality herself!) Gemma has a broad international background and has worked with clients across a range of industries and loves working with a truly global business.
