His journey in the executive search domain began more than a decade ago, starting as a Senior Business Researcher and swiftly ascending to the role of Consultant at a global executive search and leadership consultancy. Subsequently, he assumed the position of Managing Director at a boutique search consultancy firm. In 2020, Allan took on the role of Managing Partner and became a major shareholder at Horton International Denmark.

Master’s degree studies in Organizational Psychology, Department of People and Technology, Roskilde University and Master’s degree studies in Business Administration and HR Management, University of Southern Denmark.
