Daniel specializes in financial services executive search with a focus on asset management and alternative investments. Prior to joining Horton International, Daniel spent close to twelve years with an Asia-focused executive search firm where he successfully completed mid to senior level placements across distribution, marketing, product, investments as well as C-suite positions for international asset management companies.
Daniel began his career as a Management Trainee with the HSBC Group before joining the executive search industry. He speaks native Mandarin and Cantonese and is also fluent in English.
Having a true partnership with clients and an in-depth understanding of their businesses and leadership needs is central to helping them not only to recruit the high quality talent, but also to retain and develop that talent for the long term.
