Pascal Poiget was Human Resources Director for ADL PARTNER Group (European leader in loyalty marketing program by press subscription) and STAPLES / JPG Group (Leading French company in the office supplies & furniture market). He also was Executive director of OBERTHUR CONSULTANTS (Compensation consulting & social communication company) and ALEXANDRE TIC (Human resources consulting company – 1st ISO 9001 certified company), French subsidiaries of ADECCO Group, World leader in human resources solutions. Pascal then worked for more than 15 years in executive search. His responsibilities include conducting strategic searches for senior level executives both domestically and internationally, for various clients.

He is also co-author of books on human resources and management: “Let’s talk about salaries”, “The job seeker’s guide”, “The company: creation & management”.
