Pierre joined Horton International in 1990 and serves as the head of the Services Practice. He has completed a long list of searches at all levels for large multinational groups as well as for small, high-technology and start-up business. Pierre has experience within manufacturing, industry services and service companies. His assignments have included CEO and general management positions, along with vice president, director and manager-level positions across a broad range of functional disciplines, including Sales, Marketing, CRM, Production, Engineering, R&D, Financial Services, Legal, Quality, Distribution & Logistics, Human Resources and Operations. Prior to joining Horton International, Pierre had experience in manufacturing, developing, marketing and selling of technology-based products and services with Saint Gobain SA, Hansa Metallwerke AG, Stone Manganese Marine Ltd, SPIT SA, Bouvet Ponsar SA and Vinci SA, in France, Germany and the UK.
