His executive search experience is focused in senior-level assignments in the sectors of industrial goods, telecom and financial services, among others.
As a strategic consultant, Ricardo has served and continues to support multiple leading multinationals and regional / local companies, mainly from Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Peru, but also from US and EU. He is the founder and current Executive Director of FULCRO Business Advisors, a boutique management consulting firm. He previously hold a Partner position at PWC-Strategy& Argentina (former Booz Allen Hamilton) where he worked for more than 20 years. Along his consulting career, he has led teams in more than 130 assignments with topics such as corporate and BU strategy, governance, organizational transformation, route to market and commercial, operational effectiveness and efficiency. Along those assignments, he has interacted with dozens of owners, directors, top senior executives and leaders from all kind of functions and businesses.
