As a Senior Researcher, Anam works closely with clients and consultants on retained executive search mandates across multiple industries. She leads market mapping, candidate identification, and structured evaluation, supporting the delivery of C-suite and senior leadership appointments. Her role includes developing search strategies, engaging with senior candidates, and ensuring clear communication and disciplined follow-up throughout the process.
Prior to joining Horton International, Anam built a strong foundation through roles in the oil and gas and banking sectors, developing hands-on experience in financial operations, controls, and stakeholder coordination.
Her search experience spans sectors including financial services, real estate development, and diversified groups across the GCC.
