I am responsible for Operations at Horton International UK, and draw upon a 16-year fast-tracked career at The Prince’s Trust where I held a variety of Regional and National “Head of” roles extensively within Contract Management as well as Audit & Risk. This has given me well-rounded expertise in Finance, Legal and Project Management with a focus on optimising income through operational effectiveness.
I have been an accomplished leader for over 20 years and have successfully recruited/built many high-performing teams. I know what good looks like!
I have strong attention to detail, financial acumen and the ability to interact at all levels. I also enjoy learning new skills as I discovered when helping to develop Drake Darcy’s new website!
I strongly believe in equal opportunity and worked for The Prince’s Trust, for as long as I did, to help support disadvantaged young people. As a qualified reflexologist I am also passionate about Health & Wellbeing as well as the benefits of organic products.
Outside of work I am a devoted mother with a young family who enjoys eating out at restaurants (organic wine of course!), cycling, travelling and supporting the Ireland rugby team.
