Phil has been in the recruitment industry since 1987 having previously worked for Honeywell and BOC. He has a BSc from Indiana University and a MBA from the AGSM at UNSW.
He established Dunhill Management Services with Brian Russell in 1990 developing the business to more than 100 people with 8 offices nationally as well as joint ventures in New Zealand, USA and the UK. The business was sold in 2001 to Robert Walters Plc. Phil joined an ASX listed Recruiter as the Chief Operating Officer in 2002 before Mark and Phil established K2 in 2004.
Phil has delivered national and international search programs within the public and private sectors over the past 20 years as well as leading large-scale resourcing programs to deliver major infrastructure projects.
