Why did you need help with your job search?
I spent almost two decades working for a multinational company, climbing the corporate ladder, when suddenly my position at the company was terminated. Since I hadn’t planned to change jobs, I wasn’t actively looking for work, and the economic environment wasn’t favourable at the time, I felt it wasn’t enough to leave my job search to chance. Instead, I wanted to consciously build a path to success.
What did you think you could get out of this personal executive job search program?
I wanted to improve my visibility, primarily on LinkedIn, my call-back rate for job applications by optimising my CV, and I wanted to be properly prepared for interviews.
What did you get out of this program in practice? What were the most important things that helped you?
I received a lot of background information on how headhunters work, and I gained a comprehensive understanding of how to structure my job search, starting with identifying target jobs and companies, continuing with optimising the form and content of my CV, planning my LinkedIn profile and activity, and learning about other activities that contribute to a successful job search.
How satisfied are you with the results?
I learned a lot from Sándor, who provided a friendly and supportive environment throughout, and I received a system that gave structure to my job search. I managed to put together a high-quality CV, received significantly more inquiries through my LinkedIn profile, and performed well in interviews, so I am completely satisfied and felt very comfortable during the meetings throughout the process.
Would you recommend the program to others?
I would highly recommend the program to anyone who wants to start their job search consciously and effectively. I regret not starting the program earlier; I think it’s best to start when you’re not in a crisis and there’s less time pressure.
