Louise is a Senior Executive Search Consultant with extensive experience in recruiting executives, managers and specialists for senior-level positions across various industries. She is highly skilled in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for key roles and works with a wide range of assignments, including executive search, interim solutions, psychometric assessments and second opinions.
Louise began her career in marketing and has held roles as both Marketing Manager and Project Manager. Since 2001, she has been working in recruitment, and in 2009, she founded her own company specializing in recruitment, psychometric assessments, and leadership development.
In addition to her recruitment expertise, Louise is a certified ICF coach with a strong track record in leadership development and executive coaching, supporting leaders in achieving greater impact, self-awareness, and sustainable growth.
Louise is certified in several psychometric assessment tools, including OPQ, MQ, Facet5, Aons aptitude tests, and the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence assessment.
