After graduating in Foreign Languages and Literatures in Milan and an internship in New York City, Donatella started her professional career in a Japanese multinational company where she was mainly in charge of Recruitment.
In 2007 she joined Egon Zehnder where she broadened her expertise related to the manifold aspects of Executive Search and Leadership Strategy Services at both Italian and international level, focusing on team assessment and leadership development.
Donatella presently works in the Milan office of Horton International as Principal Consultant where she is in charge of Executive Search and Management Consulting services for several industries both at domestic and international level.
