Graeme Deegan

Graeme Deegan has been in the field of executive search and HR/management services for about 30 years with a multitude of assignments in Australia, Philippines, and Indonesia. He moved to the Philippines on a full-time basis in 2011.

His major focus is on engineering, construction, mining, oil & gas and energy. He has also placed senior executives in manufacturing, banking and logistics.

During his executive search career he has developed an impressive network of executives based all over the world and an in-depth knowledge of the markets and operations in the sectors he recruits for.

His working life started as a junior officer in the Royal Australian Navy and then in various technical and management roles with oilfield and mining services companies based in Singapore, Texas, London and Indonesia.

Graeme has a Bachelor of Science (Maths and Physics) from the University of New South Wales.
