After studying foreign languages in high school, Ileana graduated in Language Mediation and Intercultural Communication in Milan in 2019. After that, she continued her studies and she graduated in Languages and Cultures for International Communication and Cooperation in Milan in 2022.
In 2023, Ileana joined the Horton International office in Milan as an intern and currently, she works as a Researcher supporting several domestic and international projects.
