Jimena joined Horton International as Partner in 2022. Throughout her experience, she has helped organisations from all sizes at handling top level and middle executive search processes in sectors including Banking, Insurance, Construction, Entertainment, Fintech and Retail.
She is a trilingual lawyer graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru, with complementary education locally and abroad, such as in Universitat de Barcelona where she studied criminal psychology and criminology. Aside from Executive Search and Management Consulting, Jimena’s career includes that she specializes in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration.
