Jukka worked with Horton International in Finland 2005 – 2019 as a Managing Partner and a Consultant. After 14 years in the business, Jukka decided to leave the operative consultant role to explore and pursue other things in life. However, Jukka continues in an Advisory role to the Horton Finland team, bringing valuable experience to the team contributing to the further development of the Horton Finland operations and business.
Before his career with Horton International, Jukka gained 18 years of global experience in senior management positions in the Telecom industry within Nokia Group and in the Mechanical Engineering and Construction/Mining industries within Sandvik Group. Jukka has extensive experience in international, multi-cultural business environments, having worked 10 years in the Asia-Pacific region in various management positions at his previous companies.
