Maria started her professional career in Accenture, a management consulting, technology services and outsourcing multinational company.
She was in charge of the recruiting fot internships, junior IT profiles and professionals; furthermore she was in charge of employer branding activities during job fairs and career days.
Since 2010 she has been working in Executive Search firms; on January 2013 she joined Horton International where she is responsible of various selections especially in pharma and industrial areas.
