After 4+ years in the Entertainment & Broadcasting industry, Edouard began his journey into executive search where he notably started and ran his own recruitment firm during 12 years. Edouard joined Horton International in 2016 where he developped the Industrial sector. After a few years away, Edouard joined Horton back to contribute to the development of its Industrial and Infrastructure practice. Edouard is experienced in recruiting C-suite and other Senior Executives for France, as well as for the international market. Within the Industry sector, his scope encompasses both Manufacturing, Process and Project related industries.

Edouard is the founder of ALTAMATER, a program that connects female talents in the industry and operations sectors with companies willing to accelerate the gender diversity in their leadership positions.

Edouard holds a bachelor’s degree in Management & Communication from Inseec business school in Paris and an M.B.A. from the I.U.A. in San Francisco.
