Michel Awad B.

Michel has been a Partner of Horton International Southern Cone in Chile since 2026. His executive search practice focuses on senior leadership and board appointments in banking, financial services, payments and retail. Before joining Horton International, Michel held chief executive roles in banking and payments. He led commercial growth, customer strategy and the creation and
development of large-scale financial businesses across Latin America, and has served on boards in the financial services sector.
