Rémi Aubertin is a Partner at Horton International France.Prior to joining Horton International, he founded and led ELAÏNOS, an executive search and human resources consulting firm, for more than 30 years. A graduate of Burgundy School of Business (BSB), with a specialization in Social Audit and Organizational Psychology, he began his career in secondary and higher education before moving into human resources roles within international corporations and subsequently into executive search.
During his corporate career, he held HR positions with COLAS (Bouygues Group) and ECS-Econocom (formerly a subsidiary of Société Générale Group). Since 1989, Rémi has advised private companies, public sector organizations, and non-profit institutions on executive recruitment, talent development, and organizational transformation.
His expertise covers executive search, leadership and executive assessment, organizational consulting, and human resources management.Over the years, he has developed particular expertise in the mobility, public transportation, logistics, supply chain, industrial, fashion, and services sectors. He supports both multinational corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as public organizations, in the recruitment of executives, senior managers, and highly specialized professionals.
From 2017 to 2025, Rémi was also a Partner and Board Member of Experts for Experts, an international consulting network specializing in logistics and supply chain. In this role, he contributed to the development of international executive search projects, led cross-border assignments, and actively participated in the governance and growth of the network.
