After a career in data distribution and finance with UBS in Switzerland and Reuters and Pink Roccade in the Netherlands where he held several commercial and general management roles, Figaro decided to start his own enterprise and build a Dutch executive search boutique. He grew his international talent network, while setting up the office for an international Recruitment firm in the Netherlands. “The art of matching talent with business” became his true calling. Constant change is the only stable factor in life and based on that belief he helps companies and institutions to find the best talent that fits the purpose of growing their business in a changing world.
