William is a Senior Partner for Horton International in Mexico. He has worked in multiple search projects within the retail, consumer goods, industrial, and energy industries in Mexico, and has experience executing searches in America and Europe.
Prior to co – founding and leading Atabay Consulting, William worked for twelve years as Senior Client Partner for Korn/Ferry Int., responsible for the industrial and retail sectors. He is an active mentor for Endeavor Global entrepreneurs, and a Board Member for several companies and organizations.
William received his bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting in 1992 from the Universidad Anahuac in Mexico, and also holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. William is fluent in Spanish and English.
