Ani Närhi

Ani is the Managing Partner of Horton International in Finland and a Board Observer at Horton International. She joined in 2007 and has around 20 years of executive search experience.

Specializing in the Consumer Goods & Retail, Services, and IT & Technology sectors, Ani helps companies facing rapid technological change, evolving workforce expectations, and the drive for sustainable growth. She is passionate about identifying leaders who thrive in complex business environments and believes in the power of diversity in management teams and boards.

She focuses on building leadership teams that are diverse in gender, background, and thought—crucial for navigating digital disruption, ESG commitments, and the shift to agile, resilient business models. In addition to executive search, she has a background in management consulting, assessment, sales, key account management, and serving as a Customer Director.

• Ani holds a Master of Science in Psychology from University of Helsinki and Master of Education from Northern Illinois University, USA.
