Robb returns to the company as a Managing Director for Horton International’s global life sciences practice.
Throughout her twenty years as an executive search professional, Ms. Robb has attained a track record of success leading executive-level consultancy assignments for technical and commercial leadership positions within public and private organizations. Ms. Robb will be based in the United States and responsible for expanding the life science practice; key sectors include: biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostics/tools and web-enabled healthcare technology.

A proud native of Milwaukee, Molly earned her Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the Journalism School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
